It is mentioned that a neutral head up position allows the blood to travel to the brain and also facilitates the outward projection of energy and that head slightly down allows the blood to descend from the head into the body as well as facilitating an absorption of energy.

So my question is 1) how should we normally hold the head? 2) if we say hold it down, allowing the blood to descend, then will that obstruct the blood from ascending to the brain and vis versa if we hold the head up? 3) How do we best facilitate the blood to ascend and descend with one head posture while holding Santi for long periods or doing the sessions of the five fists?
