I’ve been meditating four weeks, but still can’t feel my body. I go down all the parts of my body for about 30 minutes, but don’t feel anything. Will continuing to practice help me feel my body. I want to learn to dissolve, but I have to feel my body first.
Hey Dennis,
You can’t feel your body at all?
You can’t feel if some part of your body is itchy? If some part feels hot or cold? If some part hurts? When you sit, no part of body aches after you’ve been sitting a while?
If you scratch the back of your hand, after you stop, you can’t feel that it’s been recently scratched?
