AnonymousGuestI’ve received this book with my first Bagua installment. But it’s the second volume in the series on meditation. Is this book complementary material to the meditation techniques I will (hopefully) learn in the Bagua course, or do I need to get the first book too?

AnonymousGuestI believe The Great Stillness was included because it contains instructions for the straight-line and circle walking, and information about the relationship of bagua and meditation. I would highly recommend getting a copy of Relaxing Into Your Being (Vol.1) to learn more about the foundational material of Taoist water method meditation (e.g., breathing, movement for meditaion, etc.)

AnonymousGuestOkay thanks. I will get the first book eventually, I can’t complain about a lack of study material at the moment

PaulCavelMemberHi,
Relaxing Into Your Being: Taoist Meditaiton Vol 1 was not included as part of the program. You can order at Energy Arts here:

Or at Amazon.com here:
Thanks,
Richard

AnonymousGuestI highly recommend reading the first book, Relaxing, first because it lays down all of the foundation material. The second book builds upon the info in the first and there’s a lot of info in the first book that isn’t covered (or even referenced) in the second book.
