Has anyone gotten to the organs in the five fists and more importantly the spleen in Heng Chuan?
I was working with it this morning and may have found the integration that you are supposed to learn from Heng Chuan: the result of the pressurization that Bruce describes in chapter 1 of DVD 2.
If you have any idea what this is, please post a response. I’d like to compare notes.
