    I understand the 2 2 or 2*2 principle, but to what extent is it necessary to acheive the alignments in standing before progressing to the kwa squat?

    For example, if you have a case of severely disturbed alignments, for whatever reason, to what extent is it necessary to resolve these alignments before progressing to the kwa squat, where there is, I would have thought, more potential for damaging the knee. Because if there is a misalignment of the knee due to misalignment of the spine, surely the kwa squat would exert more pressure on the knee than just standing? Any thoughts?…
