Any word on the effect of a vasectomy on internal cultivation? I have my own thoughts on it and have asked other instructors, but have not got a definitive answer. It seems like it would help conserve jing, but would there be negative results as well? Any feedback would be appeciated.
    Thanks

This same question came up recently on a taiji forum i belong to, the majority of the responses by those who have experienced the procedure say that it hasn’t changed their development in the slightest, whether positively or negatively.

Good question. Been meaning to ask that myself. I had a period of low energy after a vasectomy. My Dr. said that it was the cause. Turns out I’m allergic to dairy and eggs. Stay away from that and all kinds of symptoms go away. Also, I was involved in a serious car accident where my arm was almost ripped off. An excellant Dr put me back together and it did not seem to affect chi flow as I thought it would. I’d like to know what the experts think about this. Compound fracture of the humerous. Lots of scar tissue. Thought it would be an energy block. My poor training habits have been more of a block than anything but I seem to be able to get the energy flowing with little practice.

During vasectomy, a health care provider closes or blocks the tubes that carry sperm. When the tubes are closed, sperm cannot leave a man’s body and cause pregnancy. See more at: http://motherhow.com/vasectomy-radical-men-contraception/
