    Hi Tom,

Thanks for your question. As Bruce has written about and discussed in various places, qigong practices are not designed to address mental and emotional imbalances, just those that are physical and qi related. Bruce says that traditionally in China addressing such imbalances when severe was a subject only addressed through Taoist meditation with highly trained teachers tuned into the specifics of a particular person’s situation.

This is why we recommend that anyone with mental health problems not participate in our courses. The best way to address such circumstances is with trained and qualified mental health professionals.

    I wish you the best,

    Bill

    Hi Kevin,

Yes, we will be getting into stirring chi bit by bit through the weeks. Toward the end of the course, if you still have questions, please ask your question again.

    Enjoy,

    Bill

    Hi,

To pratice “moving the pathways” , can I use a bundle of chopsticks instead of my hands? I find it more “pleasant” using the chopsticks.

    Hi Richard and Bill

Since I couldn’t find the answer in Forums, I’m asking here about the log. Is-it for our own use or we should sent it over?

For your information, in France, everything works perfectly and I can download any video in few minutes. No worries.

As for the online method, I can ensure you it’s best for many people like me, who can’t travel and attend Bruce’s events in the US or in Europe, either for cost, time, or even disability issues. It’s so convenient. Moreover, the little by little method is really good since I believe it can match most people free time, in order to be able to practise regularly.

Thanks for the course. Its great.

    Cheers

    Philippe
