Is there a level of learning this movement (D&T Pierce) where the leg movements exactly mirrors that of movement #1 (heels go up and down as weight transfers side to side)? I seem to remember that from way back.
I don’tr remember a version like that of Movement 6. The leg & footwork is like a very condensed version of that of Movement 1. You don’t shift your weight, but you do gradually shift pressure back and forth between the ball and heel of each foot, as you do in Movement 1.
