AnonymousGuestIn Session 8 of Tai Chi Month 2, the video mentions in passing holes and protuberances. I haven’t seen/heard these terms in previous videos/books. What are they? Something to do with neigung, what exactly?

AnonymousGuestHello, just a quick note, as that reference has a number of layers (I’ve heard a few that are on different layers- espec whether more concrete/literal, TaiChi related, or more in the Chi/meditation abstract-energies/terms).. that is a term from a phrase in the TaiChiClassics..
is that familiar? if not, I’d recommend searching and finding the text of the “TaiChiClassics” (likely pubdomain? online) and scanning its whole- let alone that phrase.. then get that in context- might make some more sense(if get something from that, practice that- [its not just an aha- that’s it.. but should give a todo…]
– then what find? I’m interested to see what you find/post) -cheers and luckJune 8, 2015 at 5:08 am #135160
AnonymousGuestDid you look into the Tai Chi Classics videos? There is one that explains it. I think it’s even titled “holes and protuberances”. It’s basically about a rounded alignment physically and energetically, as far a I have understood the concept.
