    Hi all,
    During tai chi, we are suggested to make flat the natural lordosis curve by making the tailbone go down.
    Ditto with the neck curve which is put flat when keeping the chin down.

    By doing so aren’t we not altering the normal biomechanic and affecting the structure of the body ?

    Why not maintaining the natural curve of the spine ?

    Why is it important to do so ? To make the qi circulate better ?
