    Hi,

will there be a written recap of the focus for each week in each track of the program (Taichi, Chigung and Meditation)?
It would be a nice idea, searching through the videos for that one specific bit of information is a little bit impractical.

    Cheers

I’d like to second this request!

One of the problems with video content is that there is no way to scan through a bunch of video to find something your looking for. If I think to myself, “what was it that Bruce was saying about heat in the lower dantien?” With 6 months of video content, there is no way for me to find the part that I’d like to review.

It would be great if we had an outline or recap document. So that we quickly locate a topic of interest.

I also think it would work better if all the recaps were on one webpage, as opposed to different bits of text on each page with a video. If all three tracks were on the same page, you could quickly find mentions of a topic of interest that is mentioned in any of the different tracks over the last 6 months

It’s a good idea. I don’t know if EA will be able to do it or not – could be a lot of extra work. I know in the meditation group we had someone who would post a summary of the month’s work each month.

What I’ve been doing is just taking notes as I go through, jotting down the instructions for each month and level, and I make notes of sections I might want to revisit. Or maybe some organized soul would like to volunteer to post each month?? Or maybe we could take turns?

You could rename the video files as soon as you have watched them and gotten a sense what they are about. This is what I do anyway.

I like the bullet points included under each video section of this course. The videos have all been between 5 and 15 minutes in length. This written recap seems to be working for me.
