AnonymousGuestIs aviable any resource (manual, book, DVD,..) with the instruction of Wu style Tai Chi long form (by BK Frantzis)?
If not, it would be nice to have one. The “style” tought by BK Frantzis is very good. I’m very interested for any resource on it. There are books/DVDs almost on any Tai Chi form but non about this one (that I know).
Thanks in advance for any answer/help.May 17, 2014 at 2:24 am #134422
AnonymousGuestJust like you said, I couldn’t find any thing either. I would also appreciate if Bruce could release a Program like Tai Chi Mastery Program for Long Form. I’m still going through the Wu Short Form Mastery Program, which is awesome. the other day I’ve ordered the DVD from Brookline Tai Chi Center “Practice DVD – Wu Style Long Form: Beginner Level 1”.

AnonymousGuestI would realy like to have and instructional manual or book on the Wu style long form (as done by BK Frantzis). I hope ther it will be released (soon). Maybe just photos of the postures/movements with a short description and the important points.

AnonymousGuestThe best resurces on the Wu style Tai Chi Long form is the DVD by Dan Kleiman and the Youtube video by Patrick Foley.
When I was learning the form I made my personal notes. So, maybe one day, could be a book.
