good day,
seems like i read somewhere wu is more conducive to meditation than yang. if true, why?
difference between dzochen and taoist meditation?
any comments appreciated…

Bruce said this in the Tai Chi Classics video, about wu being meditation friendly and yang not so much.
Seems to me he’s trying to put his own meditational spin on yang; a noble effort indeed.
