Paul Cavel has taught the Energy Arts System full-time since 1995, drawing on his professional training as a mechanical engineer, and certified soft tissue and injury therapist. He began studying the Water Method with Master Frantzis after being seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in his early twenties. He is the author of two books, The Tai Chi Space: How to Move in Tai Chi and Qi Gong (Aeon Books 2017) and Heaven and Earth Qigong: Heal Your Body and Awaken Your Qi (Energy Arts 2019), the latter of which he co-authored with his teacher.
