Since 1999, I have practiced qigong, neigong and tai chi. From 2001-2002, I worked as a therapist utilizing shiatsu, qigong tui na and orthobionomy to aid people in reducing their stress, and heal from injuries. At the time I focused on assisting people to recover from repetitive stress injuries and injuries from automobile accidents. The last few years I have practiced mainly qigong and neigong. My main teachers for healing and movement arts have been Susan Kansky and B.K. Frantzis. I personally use each moment of my life as a moving meditation. I enjoy helping people connect to their own soul or spirit, and serve as signpost to help people guide themselves on their own life path. Each day I look to serve and support others.
