    Hello,

    In doing the kwa squat, I am finding that even with the smallest of movements at the beginning of the squat, I feel pressure building up in my knees. Given that I have a lot of tension around my low back and a propensity for weak knees, is there/are there anything(s) I should be keeping in mind that might help me move along smoothly? Outside of this, the course is amazing and have been asking the Universe to provide something like this. Thanks.
