Multiple Sets

    When practicing multiple sets, should we rest for a while after movement 7 and concentrate on the lower tantien, then start again with stirring chi; or should we go straight from movement 7 to movement 1 to keep the energy flowing?

    Ian,

    I like to finish one set, pulse the lower tan tian a bit to get stable and clear and allow my body to absorb what I just did, and then begin Movement 1 again. Someone who had less experience might want to also stir a bit before beginning the next set.
