    Any suggestions on how to modify the opening/closing logung exercise as a solo exercise? I can anchor the arm for the wrist and finger pulls, but I don’t see how I can try the logung pulls on my own. (Alternatively, is there anyone in or near Oceanside CA who would like to practice together?)

    We posted here about doing the partner exercies solo:

    We’d like to add that the partner exercises are an additional practice that add a unique dimension to the Openings and Closings but is not the foremost learning mechanism.  The Tai Chi Circling Hands practice is the solo practice that is the focus of this program.  You should be able to feel the opening and closing action through the Circling Hands motions and this is the most important part.  The partner exercises are secondary.
