    Bill,
Does the rising up onto the balls of the feet change at all in advanced levels of DT? Is it always that the entire body rises up or do the knees ever bend while the heels lift up (Thereby keeping the actual height from changing)?

Hi David (who I’ve known for many years…)

I”m sorry that I missed this question.

As far as I know, there is no level of D&T practice, where you don’t let the hips rise up in Move 5. It is fair game to play with allowing the knees to move forward to assist the heel rise, as we do in Moves 1 and 2
