AnonymousGuestYes, I was thinking too that it would be nice to continue the dialog, even if everyone is in a different place in the practice by now. It makes me wonder how many are left, and how many will see this through to the end! I know a lot of people signed up – I think the number was around 250.
I’m still not quite halfway through Month 4, between taking my time with some sections and a bit of traveling here and there. Sometimes I get two sessions in in a day, and it feels like I should be doing at least that to solidify what I’m learning. I can feel that my ability to keep my mind on what I’m dissolving has improved, when I do my regular inner dissolving sessions. Encouraging!

AnonymousGuestHow about a new thread to see who is still active and what stage each person has reached? I’m sure there are things we have in common no matter how far along we’ve gotten.
I discovered yesterday after sitting for three months that splitting my daily session into ten minutes of standing and ten of sitting really amped up the body awareness. My goal is to continue this for a few weeks and then add a second daily session – one standing, one sitting.

……..I alternate too – plus I’ve been doing a set of ‘Gods Playing in the Clouds’ qigong before practice and find that really helps
