Thanks for the inofrmation about the Enso timer. I had to peek at the clock to see what time it was. 20 minutes can seem like an eternity when it really isn’t. My mind never stays quiet either. I am an instructor and work with students from preschool to middle school. I am always going. I really happy about being in this group. It seems as if things are never peaceful and quiet. My first week is showing me how much chatter is in my life.
