Hi. For those who have practiced both the five keys materials and santi, will doing the first help the second? If yes, can you please share what the connection is? Thank you
I found the five keys useful in a way that is difficult to describe.
You mentioned in another thread how you noticed an overlap between what practices you were doing and I would say the five keys condenses that and makes it more apparent. It is something in its own right but it also makes it much easier to jump between different internal practices and to see and embody the connections between them. It helps to concretize the fundamentals inherent to all Taoist internal practices.
