Does Bruce have a guided meditation for the water dissolving

Just wondering it there is a guided mediation one could have on their iphone. I feel this would be helpful.

Hi John,

this is not exactly what you are looking for but Bruce has a few programs that include guided meditations

1. The Tao Te Ching program include a meditations with each chapter and many of them use dissolving.
2. The Taoist Meditation Circle program (http://www.energyarts.com/taoist-meditation-circle-online-group) is a 16 month program that builds the fundamental skills for meditation. It has many guided meditations. It’s also a fantastic program!
3. The Energy Arts Training Circle programs include lessons on dissolving. Two of these are currently available

These are video programs but it’s easy to convert a video to an audio file that you can put on your phone. You could also put the meditation videos on your phone.

There is a 16 wk program of audios- instructional with follow along, that really builds foundational skills (that can be used in any meditation, also that distinguishes what is “meditative” from actual “meditation” ..? ) I think this might fit what you are seeking..

You can download any of our MP3s to your phone.  We are also working on a Taoist Meditation App but aren’t sure when this will be done.
