I just got the last 2 chapters after waiting quite a while and then contacting the website. Any insights into what Bruce is presenting in these chapters would be welcome.

    Hi Joan,

My understanding is that in Chapter 14 Bruce is talking about circularity/continuity concept. A bit unusual angle is that it is about emotions. But it is still about continuity as I understand. Chapter 15 is about 70% rule. I’m talking about practice meditations only, not about his discussion/interpretation of the TTC.

Has anybody noticed any underlying direction in the meditations Bruce has taught so far? Because I haven’t. I’m not saying there should be one though. But when I try to compare this course on TTC with the previous one (Meditation Circle) – I saw a certain progression there that I fail to see in this course. But what do I know?

Igor, I agree with your assessment of the content of this set of meditations. I found these last two unrelated in many ways to the first thirteen. I started this thread because I didn’t grasp his message clearly.

Hi, Joan. I just got ch. 14. Is 15 up too? I can’t see it on the page.

I found 14 difficult in that the directions weren’t very explicit. I have had glimpses of the golden thread through the Bagua meditation from the mastery program but I don’t think my grasp is strong enough to figure out how to do it with this meditation. I need to listen again.

Please let me know when you got 15.

I listened again to Chapters 13, 14 and 15. This time I was able to follow them a little better. I had expected Chapters 14 and 15 to continue with the Eye energy. However, I love the “golden thread” concept of connection in Chapter 14. And the 70% rule in Chapter 15 is always welcome. Finding the balance in Breathing is vital.
