AnonymousGuestThis hit the news a few days ago: https://www.livescience.com/62128-interstitium-organ.html
The basic version is that an anatomist proposes that the interstitium, the network of fluid-filled spaces between the known organs, muscles, etc. is an organ in and of itself. It was also proposed as what might make acupuncture work, for reasons that were not well discussed. Note that medical professionals are quite familiar with the existence of the interstitium, but the argument here is that its structure was not well-understood by scientists.
This all sounded familiar to me, after what Sifu Frantzis has been teaching all these years. It will be interesting to see where the science (and the chi gung) go from here, and whether the gaps in the body can be demonstrated to act as a system of their own.
