    Hi
    I am so happy that I took this important step in my life to join this course.
    I started doing the standing breathing and the kwa squats.
    It is unbelievable that some innocuous looking practice can have such calming effects on my body.
    However, I am able to identify real aches and pains from different parts of body, aches and pains I was never even aware of so far!
    I feel that awareness of my body is increasing and these practices are so powerful….
    Excited to be part of this group and learning…
