AnonymousGuestHi there,
I m doing the course now with a lot of pleasure and interest. A lot of thanks for the people concerned.
I have one question about a ‘keyposition’. In the course, Bill is mentioning that when the one swordfinger is pointing at the kwa, the other is pointing at the shoulder. Whereas the book mentions that when the one is pointing at the kwa, the other is pointing at the nipple (page 182). And actually, in the next segment of the breathing patterns, he is mentioning it’s shoulder’s nest or nipple (page 184).
Could someone please clarify me on this?
Thanks in advance!

AnonymousGuestHi Robin,
I’m glad you’re enjoying the course. The answer to your question is that it’s not important whether you’re at the shoulder’s nest or nipple with one hand when you’re at the kwa with the other, as long as you are in the the general vicinity. Your key goal is to get the general timing right of the flows of our hands up and down your body. So do whichever feels easiest and most comfortable for you. Just don’t drift out of the general range of coordination suggested either by me or the book.
Remember that Dragon & Tiger is very forgiving, Being too precise is not necessary nor even desirable. Good enough is the principle here.
Relax and enjoy, right?
