Sexual presence/energy?

Hi guys,

I just signed up to the meditation circle. Is this useful for helping me find a practice to release the unconscious blocks that limit my presence and energy in the world. I find that I have minimal connection to my body and my sexual essence. If I’m talking to a woman I can hold really powerful space for her but I unconsciously numb me almost completely.

I’m wanting to take on a regular practice that can help me dissolve the blocks and connect more to my sexual desire, presence, etc. I started doing something called core awareness that stretches open the hips and even just that one change I noticed women responding a little better.
