Hi, Bruce, thanks for teaching the standing postures. They are all great. One question I have is that you said there are total of 13 standing postures that you are teaching, I counted the ones in the program, it appears that the number of standing postures does not add to 13 yet. Any plan to release the remaining ones? That will be greatly appreciated.
Another question is that I have seen lots of people doing the round posture (Hun Yuan), or some people call it hug the tree posture. Can you elaborate that one from Tai Chi perspective?
Overall, it is a superb program. Thank you very much!
