    Hi all:

The standing qigong portion of the EATC is divided into beginner and intermediate levels. As a beginner, am I supposed to cycle through the entire beginner level materials for all subsequent month before coming back to the first month and study and practice the intermediate materials?

Also, if I understand the program introduction correctly, the standing qigong will begin with basic standing posture, and later on graduate into other posture. Will one of the posture include santi? I ask because santi, according to Bruce, is the king of all standing posture that will give one the most benefit. That is the one posture I am very interested in.

    Please let me know.

    THank you

As it says in the preamble, you can practice the beginner material if you have a limited amount of time or the intermediate material too if you have more time. So, if you have plenty of time you can do both material at the same time without the need to go back over it.

There’s new bonus material, with one which focuses on Santi to be released around month 3.
