    Hello to all,
I am Bob Correll from the Detroit, Michigan, USA area. (Dearborn) I have studied taijiquan and qigong for many years and have been teaching for nearly twenty. I am 69 years old. I studied qigong with Master Yang Jwing Ming for a number of years. I had read much of Master Frantzis’s works over the years and benefitted greatly. When the Dragon and Tiger DVD and book became available, I purchased them and learrned the system. I was more than very pleased with the system and the results. I look to further refine with this online program. Good fortune to all. Breathe and be in peace.

Hi everyone, I am Hugo and I live in Brisbane Australia. I had my first chi gung experience whilst living in London back in 2003 – it just happened to be D&T weekend workshop with a EA instructor. I have been practicing regularly since then. Given it was only a weekender, my D&T technique was not the best (compared to the DVD/book), but I can say that Bill is right – you don’t have to do it perfectly to get an effect. It really opened my perception of my chie within a month of regular “poor” practice. I am really enjoying Bill’s online course, and look forward to being a beginner again.

Hello all. My name is Ed and I live in Schenectady, NY. I have been doing various TaiChi and Qigong practices for about 30 years. Mostly through DVD’s/books and a couple of in person classes. Two years ago I found the ChiFusion online course, and my practices really blossomed through this medium. I had been learning the Dragon & Tiger through Bruce’s book and online videos so this is a very welcome course. I hope we will all exchange some valuable insights through the forum.

    Hello all,
My name is Gordon from Sheffield in England.
I’m really glad to join you all on the Dragon & Tiger Qigong course. I only joined about a week ago, so I am now playing catch-up. This has not been too difficult as I have been practicing Qigong for over a year, and Tai Chi short form for about 3 years, but realise there is still a long way to go. I am enjoying it very much so far

    Hello all,

My name is Erik Wenberg. I have been practicing the Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi short form for about 10 years but have only recently begun to learn more about the Energy Arts programs. I began learning Dragon and Tiger at the week-long seminar that was held in Boston this past June and have been practicing regularly since then. I have noticed improvements in my level of energy and also in my flexibility. There has also been some noticeable improvement in my Tai Chi.

I look forward to deepening my understanding of Dragon and Tiger with this course. I love the format because it makes it easy to digest the information in small chunks, and it’s great to be able to go back and review things that I may not have caught the first time around.

Many thanks for making this course available!

    Erik

    Hello All,

I live in San Jose, CA where I practice Chinese Medicine and teach Energy Arts material. I’ve been learning from Bill and Bruce since ’98 or ’99. Dragon and Tiger was the first thing I learned and it had an immediate impact on my health. I also practice Energy Gates, Heaven & Earth, Bend the Bow, Gods, Bagua, Wu Taiji Short Form, Xingyi, Tao Yoga, and Tao Meditation. This stuff continues to change my life in extremely profound ways and it’s such a treat to go over the basics with Bill again in this format. Enjoy and practice well.

    Hello Everyone,
My Name is Bill and i live in England.
I have studied various Books on Qigong by masters like Michael Tse,
Lam Kam-Chuen and then i bought a book on qigong by Bruce Frantzis called The Chi Revolution, and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of the martial arts and Taoism practices.
I have been studying Bruce’s dvd’s for a while which include Bagua Mastery programme. I Have an Ankle condition and the muscles are slightly stiff and they don’t give me the full range of movement. When i heard of the Dragon and Tiger online course i wanted to enroll and see if it could improve my health and vitality, it seems a very effective healing method.

I love the course and dragon tiger chigung. I started to feel a slight tingling after tracing the energy pathways early in the course. After a few weeks, I started to be able to dissolve alot of the physical tension i had been holding in my face head and other areas and improve my overall posture. After learning movement 3 and the kwa fold I started to get a tingling feeling for hours where a wire mesh had been placed near my waste during a hernia operation from years ago. Increasing practice of movement 3 led to a pretty strong build up of energy in my legs that would last all day. It felt mostly euphoric but i did not have the ability to move it out of my legs downward or up to my waste and upper body so it kept building up. It wasnt until I started doing the foot flick from movement 2 that this started to clear away and i could feel the energy moving while tracing the pathways in movement 3.

I have been practicing for a few hours a day now and it is very enjoyable. Sometimes on the outside i appear robotic but on the inside i feel an overall connectedness that i havent felt any other time. On a few occasions i have been able to trace the energy in the body and move it along from the begining to the end of the set where it ends strongest near the dantian area. This is mostly when only doing a few reps per movement at a time so far.

I have really enjoyed experimenting with different speeds, posture adjustments and body alignments and overall doing anything to try and get the energy flowing.

I have been pretty sick with a list of health problems, complications and ailments for almost half of my life. The list is long. I have tried many many things including rigorous chinese herbal treatments and a lot of acupuncture. The results varied from good to horrible. The best endorsement I can make is this: If it didnt work for me in a profound way, I wouldnt do it. I simply dont have good enough health to experiment with any kind of treatment anymore. Even a small misstep can lead to problems. This dragon tiger chigung has definetely had a profound effect on me.

I have no experience in practicing any internal art but have read about a lot of stuff for years now and always desired to have the ability to improve my own health in some way. I had a feeling that this online course would be a good way to start and it has exceeded my expectations so far. There is a long list of improvements that are steadilly gaining. I am grateful to everyone who has put their time and effort into making the course and practicing and teaching the art.

    thank you
