Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua and Daoist Breathing Orientation

Would you like to learn a fun and accessible movement practice that can relax your body, calm your mind, and improve your health and vitality? If so, join us Monday, March 18th at 6:00pm for a free introduction of what we do and a short demonstration of our practices with questions and answers, and we’ll have tea.

 

Orientation Monday, March 18th – Classes begin Tuesday, March 19th

 

Orientation: Tai Chi, Qigong, Bagua and Breathing Monday, March 18, 6:00pm
Talk and demo of Yang Style Tai Chi, Dragon & Tiger Qigong and Daoist Breathing with Senior Instructor Craig Barnes.

Daoist Breathing, Tuesday, March 19, 5:30pm
A core practice of all the arts we teach, Daoist Breathing facilitates better breathing, retrains your nervous system to relax, and increases qi reserves in the body.

Dragon & Tiger Qigong, Tuesday, March 19, 6:00pm
This qigong set is ideal for beginners and those looking to get a sense of qi (energy) in the body and how to use it. 

Yang Style Tai Chi, First Section, Tuesday, March 19, 7:00pm
For those new to Yang Style Tai Chi or Tai Chi in general, this class is the perfect entry to Yang style Tai Chi, known for its larger frame and emphasis on developing the physical body.

Our spring session lasts 8 weeks. Students have the option of signing up for one class, or becoming a member of Energy Arts Live, a monthly subscription that gives you access to all the classes that we offer, as well as online support.
