The payment system processes on the day of renewal, 3 days later tries again, and finally tries once more after another 7 days (10 days total). You can updated your credit card info by logging into your account then going to “My account” (top left of page), then clicking “Recurring Fees” tab, and finally clicking the “update” option. If you have any problems please contact Energy Arts and we can sort it out.

I sent you an email about this a few days ago. Did you get it? I do not wish to post my email in the forum but I want you to contact me directly if you have any problems. I am the go-to-guy for any web site problems and am activly trying to debug the problem with your account. Contacting me directly is your best path to a successful resolution.
If you got my email please write to me directly any time you have a problem and I will fix it immediately. Knowing the time that the probelm occurs will help me figure out why your account is loosing access. If you did not get the email please post a reply here stating so and I will send you another email.

Sorry for the lack of proper access. You account was incorrectly modified by an admin. You have full access again.

Looks like I was a minute too late. I just fixed the permissions. All customers who purchased the full Taoist Meditation Circle program have now got full access again. Sorry for the incovenience.

There is currently no interface for a user to edit their orders. You should call the number at the top of the page and an admin can edit your original order and change the shipping address. You may have to call them again after the third shipment to make sure that they change it back.

I developed this site to be compatible with the most popular current browsers. These include:
- Mozilla Firefox 3 with 44% market share
- Google Chrome 4 with 20% market share
- Internet Explorer 8 with 18% market share
The site has been previously tested with IE7, and retested today, but for us does not display any field overlaps in the forum area like you mentioned. If you would like to help us to solve the display problems please contact me directly. IE7 only has 7% market share and is not XHTML 1.0 standards compliant so we do not technically support it but we make a best effort to make sure the site is usable in older browsers.
Just out of interest, what applications do you use that require Internet Explorer?
I personally recommend Google Chrome, especially for slower computers, because of its much faster rendering of pages. Download Google Chrome
