    Hi Till,

To recap on the forum, this is not the place to give any kind of medical advise and you should seek the advise of your doctor or health care professional for appropriateness.

If what you are doing is causing pain the short answer is you should stop. The 70% rule when injured becomes the 20% or 10% rule. So if you want to continue then maybe 10 minutes or less is the right practice time

Lastly, when learning the Wu Style or Dragon & Tiger, it is very important to get the alignments correct. The best way is to work with a certified instructor who can help you. Many underestimate the importance of alignments and often make the movements too large which causes strain – an instructor can help you with these.

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hi Daniel,

The Beginners program is already part of the Mastery Program and is in the membership group. The Circling Hands Program will be uploaded to the member group in March when it is made available. There is no additional cost and we will send out an email in March when it becomes available.

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hi Sonny,

As a member of the Mastery Program you are going to get all of the second portion of the Beginners program early next month at no extra cost. This is not part of the Mastery Program but Bruce wanted everyone in the Mastery program to have access. It will be loaded online and we will send an email in early March when it gets uploaded.

We had sent an email to you about that about a week ago.

Sorry if there is any confusion.

    Best

    Hi Dirk,

We are close to finishing the full form with a Voice-over from Bruce about where the opening and closings happen within the form. We will also add the Tai Chi Circling Hands Early next month as a NEW Bonus per Bruce’s request and that will have some follow along exercises as well.

Should be within a week’s time for the demo with voice-over.

The EA team and Bruce are aligned with you. Our focus is to present the material in a way that it is most useful to those learning. As you can see there is a lot of information in here and many more movements than bagua. With bagua we focused on just the single palm change so it was a little easier.

    Thanks,

    RIchard

    Hi Sonny,

The first section teaching the first eight moves of the Wu Style was a one-time bonus as part of the Mastery Program.

The Tai Chi Circling Hands is completely new footage and will be available next month as part of the Beginners program.

    Thanks,

    Richard

    HI Francisco and Tom,

Thanks for patience on reply and just saw this now.. It is likely the next series on Dragon and Tiger will add more layers and specifically talk about integrating Taoist breathing in the practice.

Realisitically we would not film this until later this year, because we have a full schedule with the many other products we are releasing.

We are going to be releasing a Qigong course in the Spring with Paul Cavel which will go into different aspects of the internal work that you can put into Dragon and Tiger.

I hope that answers your initial questions. If we had more resources we would film and go quicker.

I also want to mention that by Spring of next year their will be a second Volume to the Dragon and TIger Book that will be released. That book will go much deeper than the first and start to share where you can take the practice.

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hi Stefan,

Bruce has recorded a series of videos on Tai Chi Circling Hands as a response to requests for warm-up exercises in the questions and answers.

We are working on editing it now.

    Thks,

    Richard

    Hi Till,

The 70% rule is for when you are not injured. Bruce has mentioned when injured to take it down further to 50% or 25% or lower. If you inducing pain that is the opposite effect you want to have.

    Best,

    Richard
